Registration
Your first stop will be our welcoming registration desk where you will log your attendance and we will record exact team numbers for a final tally of attendees. We will also collect some contact details in case of an emergency, a lost child, lost property and to locate prize winners for all competitions.
Here, you will receive your name tags, event car flag and your registration bag which will include a showground map, tourism packs and game materials. Raffle tickets will also be available from this area.
This are will be manned for most of the event, so please use it for any queries, lost items etc.
We are proudly Australia’s first and original pathtag club, established in 2010.
Our club produces a uniquely Australian pathtag each month which is chosen via a members voting system, produced and distributed to all subscribers globally.
Some of our past pathtags are still available for sale. The Aussie Pathtag Club is the exclusive pathtag group and stallholder onsite at the Capital Geobash.

geostuff
All your geocaching requirements including pathtags, camo caches, trackables, geocoins, micro, medium and large caches plus magnetic caches and much more will be displayed. The Geostuff stall will feature onsite with 3 stalls at all opening hours and eftpos will be available.
Geocoins /Trackables
A booth will feature to display all trackables: travel-bugs and geocoins. Each trackable logged into the event or dropped off will see participants receive a free ticket into an exclusive prize draw. Plenty of seating and tables will be available in the stall-holder area for swapping and chatting
Caricature
The Capital GeoBash event will feature well know Canberra caricature drawing specialist Chris Wilson with a stand onsite on various days at the main building.He is famous for his drawings of politicians , sportsman, celebrities and people from all walks of life .A great opportunity to take home a themed memento of the event. Caricature drawings can be done for singles, couples or families and will have themed logos on the finished drawing.
1 person drawing will be $20
2 person drawing $30 and a
3 or 4 person family sitting $40.
Available 8 am till 12 noon Thursday,Friday,Saturday and Sunday.

Travel Bug Stall
The Capital GeoBash will feature a TB Table to drop off your TB on arrival.All TB’s will be recorded. TB’s can only be taken from the table and event from 3 pm Sunday 31st March.
There will be a FREE TB Raffle. Each TB dropped off will receive one FREE raffle ticket into a draw for a prize..
We encouraged all attendees taking TB’s to please place them into your Geocaching account as” in your possession” or drop them off into a cache and log the drop . please do not hoard them for months if you have no intention of logging your drop soon.
Darksidedan will conduct the TB table and cannot win a prize.
The TB table will be open from 8 am till 6 pm Thursday to Sunday.
